We focus on two-dimensional nanomateri-als (e.g., graphene), quantum materials (e.g., topological insulator) and new energy nanomaterials including synthesis, low-dimensional physics and nanodevices. Our interest includes, but is not limited to, the electronic and spin transport, optical and optoelectronic properties, nanodevice and energy applications, and the first-principles calculations of electronic structures and physical properties. The Principle Investigator of the group is Prof. Haixin Chang supported by National Thousand Talents Program from Chinese government. 我们长期从事二维纳米材料（石墨烯等）、量子材料（拓扑绝缘体/铁基超导等）、新能源材料等的相关材料合成、低维物理与纳米器件方面的研究工作，包括发展二维与量子材料的新型可控制备、纳米器件和物性测量，电子与自旋输运性质，光学与光电子性能以及相关纳米与能源器件，电子结构与物理性质的第一原理计算等。研究组负责人为中组部“计划”入选者常海欣教授。
