Our research focuses on two-dimensional nanomaterials and quantum materials such as graphene, topological insulator and iron-based superconductor. We investigate the novel synthesis method, low-dimensional physics and related nanodevices. Our interest includes, but is not limited to, the electronic and spin transport, optical and optoelectronic properties, nanodevice and energy applications, and the first-principles calculations of electronic structures and physical properties. The Principle Investigator of the group is Prof. Haixin Chang supported by National Thousand Talents Program from Chinese government. 我们长期从事二维纳米材料(石墨烯等)、量子材料(拓扑绝缘体/铁基超导等)相关材料合成、低维物理与纳米器件方面的研究工作,发展二维纳米材料、量子材料的新型制备方法,研究二维/量子材料的电子与自旋输运性质、光学与光电子性能以及相关纳米与新能源器件等。包含下面几个方向: 1. 二维纳米材料(石墨烯、层状金属硫化物等)的可控制备、纳米器件和物性测量。 2. 量子材料(拓扑绝缘体等)的可控制备、纳米器件与物性测量。 3. 低维与低温物理(电输运、光学、光电)。 4. 新型低维电学、光电纳米器件及器件物理(场效应、晶体管、忆阻器、光电晶体管、光检测器等) 5. 低维材料电子结构与物理性质的第一原理计算。 6. 光电、光电化学、电化学能源纳米器件(太阳能电池、超级电容器、二次电池等) 7. 半导体器件与电子封装
