There are three undergraduate majors in the School of Environmental Science and Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, including Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Sewage Science and Engineering, and Building Environment and Energy Engineering.

The administrative and lab staffs, together with the faculty members provide college life guidance, course teaching, lab training and etc. for the more than 700 undergraduates.

        Core objective of the majors is to cultivate future’s engineers and researchers. Detailed curriculum for each major is provided to students with aims at broad and solid foundation of basic science, enhanced capability of mathematical and logical analyses, and a good skill of hands-on and experimental analyses. Engineering practices are emphasized for students with modern tools and solution oriented training.
