The information about student registration for the spring semester of 2023 are notified as follows:
I. Registration time
The registration time for undergraduates and graduates is from February 10 to 26, 2023. Undergraduates include common undergraduates, international undergraduates and the undergraduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Graduates include full-time postgraduate students, full-time doctoral candidates, part-time dual-certificate postgraduate students, part-time dual-certificate doctoral candidates, international graduates and graduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
2. The students receiving non-degree education, online education and adult education in our university should finish registration between February 10 to March 12, 2023.
II. Mode of registration
All students should register within the specified registration time to be eligible for the study in the new semester.
1. The undergraduates and graduates can register on the PC terminal of the Register System (http://register.hust.edu.cn), or through the "Enterprise WeChat of Huazhong University of Science and Technology - Application Center - Semester Registration". The students except the freshmen can also register through the "Campus Card and Semester Registration Self-service Terminal".
2. Registration of the students receiving non-degree education, online education and adult education can be handled by their schools or departments respectively.
III. Attentions
1. If a student fails to register as scheduled for special reasons, he/she shall apply for a delay of registration to the school or department within the specified registration time. The school or department shall review the registration delay application strictly, and the student shall register before the deadline of the postponed registration time permitted.
2. Students who have already registered can have their student card affixed with the special seal for registration in their respective department or at the service window of the Registration Center (Window No.18 of the Teacher and Student Service Center in the main campus), or print the registration label on the student card through the "Campus Card and Semester Registration Self-service Terminal", or download the credible electronic registration certificate for the current semester in the registration system.
3. For those who fail to register as required, the university will take measures according to relevant regulations.
