In order to ensure successful application of "One Form" platform in 2023, we hereby notify the relevant issues as follows according to the general plan of HUST for the application of "One Form" platform and the Management Method for the Development, Operation and Maintenance of "One Form" Platform of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Management Method").
I. Contents of work
1. Data preparation of all schools and colleges
"One Form" platform (https://mydata.hust.edu.cn) was opened on December 15, 2022. All schools and departments may refer to the attached instructions for data preparation. The data of the platform are sourced from the academic achievement database of the library. Please visit the academic achievement database of the library (http://ir.hust.edu.cn/) to finish data verification. If you need technical support, please contact the library staff.
2. Organizing faculty and staff to complete the data verification and performance appraisal of 2022
All schools and departments are required to contact the Network and Computing Center for technical preparation after data preparation. After the technical preparation is completed, the faculty and staff shall log in to the platform to complete the data verification of 2022. The schools and departments that have submitted the performance appraisal plan shall organize the faculty and staff to complete the performance appraisal of 2022 on the platform. The schools and departments that have not submitted the performance appraisal plan shall contact the Network and Computing Center to submit the relevant plan before February 22, 2023.
II. Time
All schools and departments should complete the relevant work before May 31, 2023.
III. Arrangements of routine work
Since "One Form" platform has been used in all schools and departments, the data filling and verification for the year 2023 will be provided from June 2023. From then on, routine data filling and verification will be performed on "One Form" platform each year, and data on "One Form" platform will be considered as the only authoritative data source for teachers' annual performance appraisal, employment assessment, title evaluation, relevant applications in HUST, as well as the verification and appropriation of performance salary to each faculty.
IV. Evaluation of application
The Network and Informatization Office shall perform annual evaluation of the data quality, sharing and utilization of each department as well as the effects of application in each college and school. The evaluation results will be included in the annual assessment of cyber security and informatization work of subordinate organizations in the university.
