* Those who want to submit their full manuscripts to the SPIE Library need to pay additional 700RMB.

Registration Fee Includes:

- Admission to all conference workshops, plenaries, sessions, and posters. 

- 1 award banquet, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, and coffee breaks.

- Conference program book and bag.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Please note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the conference.

- An official writing to the Secretariate of POEM 2022 by email is required.

- Any phone application will not be accepted.

* Any bank charge or service charge entailed by the refund have to be borne by the registrant. Participants may, however, transfer the registration to another person, instead of cancelling.
