详情如下:
As you might know, CSNI approved a new ISP International Standard Problem on PKL experiment on Multiple SG U-tube rupture PKL III J5.1 run 2 test. A blind and open phase exercise of the ISP will be conducted on Multiple SG U-tube rupture related to DEC-A scenario that may occur in the hypothetical scenario of a combined MSLB and MSGTR, by using the Primary Coolant Loop Test Facility (PKL) experiment data obtained by Framatome GmbH in Erlangen, Germany, to clarify code predictive capabilities as well as user effect, see the CAPS here attached for more information.
The next steps of the ISP are the following:
· Issus of the specification report by Framatome (experimental part) and ENEA (analytical part) by Sept. 2023.
· The first workshop to discuss the proposed “blind ISP” test specifications with participants and give the opportunity to have exchange on their experience in the concerned simulation domain will be organized online tentatively in Nov.-Dec. 2023.
Boundary and initial conditions of the PKL III J5.1 run 2 test will be provided to ISP registered participants for the blind phase code predictions. Test results will be made available for post-test calculations for the open phase.
· Please note that the management board of the ETHARINUS project kindly approved to release the data of both the PKL III J5.1 run 1 and run 2 tests to the ISP-52 participants (in addition to the ETHARINUS project participants).
· This includes the description of the test facility with sufficient details for model development.
· Further details about the release of the data will be discussed during the Kick-off meeting with the experts that will actively contribute to the ISP activity.
Interested experts wishing to participate to the ISP are requested to register as soon as possible, and in any case by 11 September 2023, via:
http://www.oecd-nea.org/confdb/confdb/conf?id=748 don’t forget to CONFIRM after submission!
After registration you will get access to the myNEA sharepoint of the ISP, where useful and updated information will be shared:
