报告题目:Analysis of the implicit Euler method in the maximal parabolic regularity framework
报告摘要:Ihe maximal L p -regularity property is of central importance in the theory of nonlinear parabolic equations. Combined with other techniques, such as interpolation theory, Sobolev methods, and fixed point theorems, it provides a powerful tool. In the first part of the talk we discuss to some detail the concept of the maximal parabolic Lp -regularity in the continuous case. Then, we consider the discretization of differential equations in UMD Banach spaces satisfying the maximal parabolic L p -regularity property by a simple method, the implicit Euler method, which is known to preserve the maximal Lp -regularity. We discuss the derivation of optimal order a priori as well as a posteriori error estimates in the maximal parabolic regularity framework. We also briefly discuss the extension of the results to the case of nonautonomous parabolic equations
