Ultrafast transmission electron microscopy
We are working on the development of a UTEM based on a JEOL ARM200F configurated with a Gatan electron energy loss spectroscopy. Through modifications of the e-gun and the microscope column for introducing fs laser pulses, the fs temporal resolution is going to be integrated into the high resolution TEM with spherical aberration correction, achieving a UTEM with leading performance.
