——所谓日常，其实是接连发生的奇迹
今天是难得的阴天，冷色调灰白的云层，遮住了前几日猖狂的太阳，颤抖着洒下微凉的几滴雨，虽然不似前几日碧空如洗万里无云，却也别有一番风味。
“一日之计在于晨”，一天的幸福生活，就从美味无比的法式早餐开始。香浓细滑的黄油，再加上酥脆的法棍切片，口感丰富层次鲜明。三个不同口味的面包，无一不包裹着酥脆的外皮，内里是软糯香甜的馅，或香浓的巧克力或清新的水果。搭配上新鲜的果酱，清新的口感，迷人的色泽、馥郁的果香，马上让你心旷神怡，唇齿留香。
上午九点，我们跟随老师Fariza进入到了生物信息学的领域。生物信息包含的范围很广，除遗传物质、神经电冲动和激素之外，生物体发出的声音、气味、颜色以及生物的行为本身都含有信息，都对生物的个体和群体产生影响，和生物的生存与进化密不可分。老师给我们介绍了基因测序（介绍了著名的“鸟枪法”）、RNA和蛋白质的结构、基因表达、RNA的预测等，并举了一些例子比如造血的建模与模拟和肝星状细胞的自我更新。其中基因测序是生物信息学的一大挑战之一，它是通过将基因切成小段来进行测序。RNA和蛋白质结构可预测它们的功能，结构与功能是相互映照的。老师和同事做了一些工作其中关于生物信息RNA的主要贡献有预测RNA结构、预测非编码RNA、预测MicroRNA、预测PiRNA。
下午四点开始上体育课，同学们最喜欢的课程。这一次我们不仅可以攀岩，还能打篮球和打羽毛球。篮球起源于美国，是奥运会核心比赛项目，是以手为中心的对抗性体育运动。羽毛球是一项室内、室外兼顾的运动。现代羽毛球运动起源于英国。这项活动极富趣味性，很快就在上层社会社交场上风行开来。“伯明顿”（Badminton）即成为英文羽毛球的名字。同学们在体育馆愉快地打篮球打羽毛球，老师也在做瑜伽来放松身心，体育馆里充斥着欢声笑语。再一次攀岩，大家都有了一些经验，很多同学都登上了顶峰，我们的阿兰爷爷也不甘落后，他矫健的身手着实让人吃了一惊。这种独特而有趣的体育课在国内是不常见的，它让我们在快乐运动的同时锻炼了我们的身体磨砺了我们的意志，还丰富了我们的生活，使同学间的感情更加深厚，在法国的路程中留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。
晚饭过后，伴随着空灵绵长的钟声，我们踏上回宿舍的路。夕阳颇有“老当益壮”的架势，毫不吝啬的把光与热赠与大地。这可乐坏了孩子们，他们穿着清凉的衣服，在楼前的喷泉里嬉闹着，纵情地奔跑着。纤细地胳膊撩起水花，如同一颗颗闪耀的水晶一般璀璨多芒。他们脸上的笑容更加灿烂。喷泉被快乐簇拥着，每每经过，都会被这纯粹的快乐感染，露出微笑。路上，几只鸽子在啄着一小片面包。它们有的披着灰色的绒衣，有的顶着金色的桂冠，有的带着翡翠的项链。也许是伙食太好，这里的鸽子都显得十分富态，挺着圆滚滚的肚子，迈着雄赳赳的步子。当有人走近，它们便慢条斯理的让开。法国不愧是浪漫的国家，连鸽子都透露着从容的气质。
晚上十点多，太阳终于依依不舍的离去，充实的一天结束了，我们慢慢沉浸入梦想。窗外，几盏路灯在闪烁。
Daily life
- The so-called daily life is actually a miracle that happens one after another.

“One day is in the morning”, a happy day began with a delicious French breakfast. The smooth butter, combined with the crispy baguette, has a rich taste. Three different flavors of bread, all wrapped in crispy skin,have soft and sweet stuffing, rich chocolate or fresh fruit. With delicious jam, fresh taste, charming color, and fruity aroma, you will feel refreshed and happy.
At 9 a.m., we followed Fariza into the field of bioinformatics. Biological information covers a wide range. In addition to genetic materials, nerve electrical impulses and hormones, the sound, smell, color and behavior of an organism all contain information, which affects the individual and group of an organism and is inseparable from the survival and evolution of an organism. The teacher introduced us to gene sequencing (the famous "shotgun method"), RNA and protein structure, gene expression, RNA prediction, etc., and gave some examples such as hematopoietic modeling and simulation and liver stellate cell self-renewal. One of the great challenges of bioinformatics is gene sequencing, which involves cutting genes into small pieces. RNA and protein structures predict their function, and structure and function mirror each other. Teachers and colleagues have done some work, among which the main contributions of bioinformatics rnas are prediction of RNA structure, prediction of non-coding RNA, prediction of MicroRNA and prediction of PiRNA.
PE class starts at 4pm, the students' favorite class. This time we can not only climb, but also play basketball and badminton. Basketball originated from the United States, is the core competition of the Olympic Games, is a hand-based confrontational sports. Badminton is an indoor and outdoor sport. Modern badminton originated in England. This fun activity quickly caught on in the upper classes. "Badminton" is the name used in English for Badminton. The students are playing basketball and badminton happily in the gym. The teacher is doing yoga to relax herself. Once again rock climbing, we all have some experience, a lot of students have climbed the peak, our grandpa Alan is not willing to lag behind, his vigorous skill really surprised people. This unique and interesting physical education class is not common in China. It makes us exercise our body and temper our will while having fun. It also enriches our life and makes the feelings between classmates more profound.
After dinner, along with the ethereal long bells, we set foot on the road back to the dormitory. The setting sun is quite "old and strong", and it gave the light and heat to the earth without hesitation, which made children cheerful. They wore summer clothes, frolic in the fountain in front of the building, and ran in indulge. The slender arm lifts up the water, which just like shining crystal. The smile on their faces is even brighter. The fountains are surrounded by joy, and every time we pass, we are infected with this pure happiness and smile. A few pigeons are holding a small piece of bread. Some of them are covered in grey fleece, some with golden laurels and some with emerald necklaces. Maybe the food is too delicious, the pigeons here are very fat, with a round belly and a majestic step. When someone approaches, they slowly let go. France is a romantic country, and even the pigeons reveal a calm temperament.
At ten o'clock in the evening, the sun finally reluctantly left, and the fulfilling day is over. We slowly sank into the dream. A few Street lights are flashing outside the window.
