摘要:计算机断层成像(CT)是医学影像中最常用和传统成像模式。传统的CT采用扫扇形束的X射线进行螺旋扫描。新型的CT扫描方式采用锥形X射线束,正在推出多排CT和平面板CT设备。采用锥束体积扫描,可以充分利用X射线源,提高扫描速度,将低辐射剂量。 从锥束投影图像可以实现全三维的体积重建,得到空间各向同性的具有任意网格分辨率的三维体数据。 由于发散的锥束投影使三维的体积重建算法复杂化,表现为理论上的病态逆问题和重建图像的伪像和几何畸变。 锥束CT重建算法和重建图像的评估是目前的主要研究内容。 目前,锥束CT应用主要包括三维乳腺成像, 动态心脏成像,体积造影成像。

4.博士研究生:1999-2000. 美国阿肯色大学生物和农业工程系 (University of ArkansasDepartment of Biological and Agricultural Engineering ). 专业:生物成象(bioimaging).  (注:一年的博士研究生学习后,本人就到加州大学欧文分校做研究助理,研究领域:医学成象和医学图像处理 (medical imaging and medical image analysis).
