Research and Innovation Center (RIC)

Our Research and Innovation Centre (RIC) is an internal research unit whose mission is to help develop the firm’s capabilities to serve clients with leading-edge thinking, data and knowledge resources. RIC serves as a center of excellence for developing research papers, synthesizing technical developments and managing and implementing new data resources and tools.

Work and Rewards (W&R)

The Work and Rewards research team leads various research programs, including Employee Experience, Work Strategy, Compensation Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Board Advisory (e.g., ESG advisory, Board Effectiveness, Fair Pay, and DEI). Our outputs include data, models, articles, and reports. Along with longer term research programs, we continue to identify projects with tangible outputs for our clients or consultants within shorter frame deliverables.

Analyst

工作职责：

1．  参与RIC年度研究议程中的各种不同的研究项目和议题

2．  协助资深研究员开展各类研究项目，包括但不限于全球调研、行业研究、客户项目等

3．  支持数据分析工作，包括清理数据、统计分析、制作研究报告等

4．  协助资深研究员推进项目创新，优化各项工作流程

岗位要求：

1.      重点院校本科及以上学历，专业：经济、金融、统计、人资、社会学、管理学等优先

2.      熟练掌握相关经济和统计类软件（如STATA, SPSS, SAS, R等）；会使用MATLAB，VBA或Python等语言的申请者优先

3.      熟练掌握学术理论知识，并能够实际运用

4.      有项目研究经历，发表过论文或者学术报告者优先

5.      流畅的语言表达能力，尤其是英文写作和口语

6.      工作细致，良好的分析能力，富有团队精神

7.      对商业和数据有一定敏感度，能够理解项目需求，并提出洞察

8.      长期发展的意愿，能在时间紧迫的情况下处理多个任务
