Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to information technology construction and has clarified the task of building a reporting platform that covers the disciplinary inspection and supervision system. In response to the call of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the overall promotion of the informationization construction of disciplinary inspection and supervision, LH County has continuously innovated its supervision mode and created a “smart disciplinary inspection” platform, which is an attempt to effectively digitize anti-corruption. In the past three years, the “Smart Discipline Inspection” platform has become an effective tool for strict party governance in the county, and the level of party and political conduct supervision in the county has been significantly improved. The empirical research on Big data anti-corruption of the “smart discipline inspection” platform in LH County is carried out, and the operation process, logic and value of the “Big data technology+supervision” model are demonstrated from different levels with the “supervision-discipline enforcement-decision-making” as the analytical framework. This research focuses on and try to answer questions such as “how to achieve power restriction and supervision in the practical application of Big Data technology, and how to enable grassroots corruption governance”. |
