The problem of online stigmatization in public health emergencies and its governance are directly related to the effectiveness of outbreak crisis management. This study combines the subject construction of cross-stigma vectors and the real Chinese experience in fighting the epidemic to propose a multifaceted governance strategy framework to get out of the stigmatization situation of the New Coronavirus infection in order to provide reference for related theoretical research and practical work. By taking the stigmatization phenomenon in the New Crown epidemic as the main object of study, the stigmatization problem during the New Crown epidemic outbreak was specifically analyzed and discussed in depth using Baidu index and online text analysis. The online stigmatization phenomenon during the outbreak of the new crown virus presents a state of multiple stigmatization intersecting and coexisting under the perspective of multiple narratives, which is in essence a dynamic development process of the primary stigma as a disease stigma and then generalized into identity stigma, regional stigma, occupational stigma, organizational stigma and other derived stigmas. The direct cause of the stigmatization of NIV is the misbehavior of various stakeholders in public health events, while the social panic, trust crisis and rumor spreading in the epidemic risk response are the fundamental causes of cross-stigma formation. |
