In order to ensure the safe travel and create a more civilized campus environment, the Security Department will start to register the main campus electric bicycles with real names and issue campus passes. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Registration procedure
Using website：
Step 1：Go to HUST online service system (https://ehall.hust.edu.cn/)
Step 2: Find the section for the Security Department(保卫处), and choose the 电动自行车登记
Using Wecom:
Step 1: Choose the HUST online service system on Wecom
Step 2: Find the 电动自行车登记 option under the Security Department (保卫处) section
Then finish the online application with required information and photos.
Required information:
车牌号 - license plate number （put N/A if does not have)
车辆品牌 - Vehicle brand
购买时间 - Date of purchase
车辆照片 - 3 photos of the electric bicycle （please follow the example photos)
电池更换时间 - Date of battery change
2. Registration period
September 22 to October 8, 2023
3. Pass issuance date and location
Date：From October 12 to October 31, 2023
Location: During the issuance date, please make an appointment through the registration channel (Zi Song, Yun Yuan, Qinyuan, HUST History Museum, etc.), drive the vehicle to the appointment place within the appointment time, and the campus pass will be issued by the security Department on the spot (specific arrangements will be notified separately).
FAQ:
Q1: What are the effects of a electric bicycle without real-name registration or misinformation?
A1: The campus passes cannot be obtained and the electric bicycle cannot be used on campus.
Q2：If one person has multiple electric bicycles, can they all be registered?
A2: No. One person can only register one e-bike.
Q3: How can students who are currently not in China apply for real-name registration?
A3: These students can contact the Security Office for make-up registration after returning to university.
Q4: Is there a charge for the pass? Is it transferable?
A4: This pass is free for students. It cannot be given to other people to use.

关于对校园电动自行车进行实名登记的通知
主校区国际学生：
为了更好地服务保障师生安全出行，创建更加文明有序的校园环境，保卫处即日起对校园（主校区）电动自行车进行实名登记并核发校园通行证。现就有关事项通知如下：
一、登记方式
师生员工通过“智慧华中大”-“办事大厅”-“电动自行车登记”进入登记系统，按流程完成登记。
二、登记期限
2023年9月22日至10月8日
三、通行证发放
2023年10月12日至10月31日，车主可通过登记渠道预约时间和地点（紫菘、韵苑、沁苑、校史馆等），在预约时间内将车辆驾驶至预约地点，由保卫处现场核发校园通行证（具体安排另行通知）。
请大家在登记期限内完成登记，以便保卫处及时对车辆进行注册、核发校园通行证。
同济校区电动自行车相关工作安排另行通知。
四、问题解答
1.电动自行车登记需要提供哪些信息？
答：车辆登记需填写本人基本信息、车辆品牌、购买时间，上传车辆正前方、侧面和正后方共3张清晰照片。
2.不实名登记或登记错误信息会产生什么影响？
答：车辆信息登记与核发校园通行证密切相关，未实名登记或车辆登记的信息与事实不符，则无法获得校园通行证，无法在校园内使用。
3.一人有多辆电动自行车，是否都可以正常登记？
答：一人仅可登记一辆电动自行车。
4.目前无法返校的学生如何登记？
答：该类学生待返校后可联系保卫处进行补充登记。
5.如何办理校园通行证？是否收费？能否转让？
答：实名登记完成后，保卫处将及时在紫菘、韵苑、沁苑、校史馆等区域设置服务点，为师生员工免费办理校园通行证。登记的车辆经审核通过后，车主可通过登记系统自行预约时间和地点，在预约时间内驾驶车辆至预约地点，由工作人员现场核发校园通行证。校园通行证仅限登记注册车辆使用，不能转让。
