To international students who enjoy CSC scholarship:                               September 15, 2023

According to the current policy of China Scholarship Council (CSC), the all international students who enjoy Chinese Government Scholarship have to complete the online registration through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. The registration of scholarship students for the 2023/2024 academic year is hereby notified as follows:

Ⅰ. Registration time

September 15, 2023—October 15, 2023

Ⅱ. The scope of participants

All international students who enjoy CSC scholarship (including MOC, MPA, YLS, HMP, etc.) in the 2023/2024 academic year. And it is mandatory to purchase medical insurance.

Starting from the fall semester of 2023, the measures for coming to China for Chinese Government Scholarship students to receive face-to-face teaching will be fully implemented, and those who cannot come to campus due to personal reasons will be treated as abandonment of scholarship eligibility and will no longer retain their scholarship qualifications.

Password: The account password registered when applying for the scholarship

1）After log-in, click the Registration button in the left upper corner of the homepage.

2）After entering the registration page, please check your personal information carefully. If you need to apply for personal information correction, please fill in the application form (Attachment) and send to yuqingwu@hust.edu.cn. (Do not need to wait for reply, please complete registration first)

3）After checking the basic information, select the Method of courses “offline”, fill in the Backup Email address, and click Confirm Registration.

4）Students who are not able to complete the online registration due to personal reasons such as internet problems shall contact us to help them complete the online registration before October 15, 2023. For scholarship students who should register but fail to register before October 15, 2023 will be treated as giving up the scholarship qualification.

关于2023/2024学年中国政府奖学金生注册的通知

全体中国政府奖学金生：

根据国家留学基金委管理委员会规定，所有能够于2023/2024学年到校报到的中国政府奖学金生须登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”完成注册操作。现就2023/2024学年中国政府奖学金生注册有关工作通知如下：

一、注册时间

2023年9月15日-10月15日

二、注册对象

所有2023/2024学年在籍的中国政府奖学金生 (包括MPA，MOC, YLS, HMP等项目学生），国际学生必须购买综合医疗保险。

自2023年秋季学期起，对中国政府奖学金来华留学生全面执行境内在校接受课堂面授教学措施，对因个人原因无法返校的学生，按放弃奖学金资格处理，不再保留其奖学金资格。

三、登录与注册操作指南

登录网址：https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login

账号：CSC 编号 (e.g.,2023DFJ111111)

密码：申请奖学金时注册的账号密码

1）登录后，在页面中左上角菜单栏点击报到注册。

2）进入注册页面后，须对自己的基本信息进行核对，如需要对个人信息进行更正，请填写申请表格（附件1）并发送至yuqingwu@hust.edu.cn（无须等待回复，请先完成报到注册）。

3）核实基本信息后，选择授课模式“线下”。并填写备用邮箱，最后点击确认注册。

4）因网络问题等个人原因无法完成网上报名的同学，请于2023年10月15日前联系国际教育学院协助完成注册。对无故逾期未注册的学生，将被视为放弃奖学金生资格。
