Xie Yongcai, male, born in September 1988, from Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, Ph.D. in social security at Chinese Minmin University, is currently an associate professor and master tutor of the School of Sociology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and was selected as a Chutian student of Hubei Province Chutian Scholar Program. In recent years, he has published one academic monograph, presided over a number of scientific research projects such as the National Social Science Foundation and the Independent Innovation Fund of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and published more than 40 academic papers in important journals such as "Chinese Science", "China Soft Science" and "China Administration", many of which were reprinted in full text by important reprinted journals such as "Xinhua Digest Online Journal", "China Social Science Digest" and Renmin Congress Copy Newspaper and Periodical Materials.
