Vice President of China Association of Social Work Education; Member of the National Expert Committee for the Evaluation of the Professional Level of Social Workers; Director of the Anti-Poverty Professional Committee of the China Association of Social Work Education; Standing Director of the Chinese Sociological Association; Standing Director of China Society of Social Work; Deputy Director of the Development Sociology Professional Committee of the Chinese Sociological Association; Deputy Director of the Women/Gender Professional Committee; Vice President of Hubei Sociological Society and Vice President of Hubei Social Psychology Association.

He has presided over more than 100 major projects and key projects of the National Social Science Foundation, published more than 50 books, and published more than 100 papers, of which more than 40 have been reprinted by Xinhua Digest, Chinese Social Sciences Digest and Renmin Congress.
