On the morning of May 9, the 2019 Academic Committee Meeting of the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Electromagnetic Engineering and Technology was held in Room B203 of the Electrical Building. The theme of this conference is the 2018 laboratory work report and discuss the future development plan of the laboratory.
Academician Zhou Xiaoxin, director of the Academic Committee of Laboratories, pointed out that the development of laboratories should be closely combined with the major national needs and the future development needs of disciplines. While maintaining the advantages of traditional disciplines, the laboratory should be unique and make more efforts to serve the people's lives.
Finally, Professor Wen Jinyu, the director of the laboratory, said that he had learned a lot from the opinions and suggestions of the members and had a deeper thinking on the future development of the laboratory. He hoped that members would continue to pay attention to and guide the future development of the laboratory.
