材料学院获得学士、硕士、博士学位,2016年至2018年在韩国高丽大学Jong-Heun Lee(传感器领域杂志Sensor and Actuator B编辑)课题组从事博士后研究,2018年6月加入18luck新利电竞
。从2006年起一直从事气体传感器研究,在气体传感器全链条(材料合成、器件制备及系统研究)有着丰富的经验,主要研究方向包括高性能低温/室温气体传感器、智能人工嗅觉系统等。先后主持并参与国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上基金、仪器专项等项目研究,共合作发表SCI论文50余篇,授权专利十余项,在多个国际会议做口头报告,获得“Sensor and Actuator B”杂志优秀审稿人称号。

Brief Introduction:
Hua-Yao Li,associate professor at the School of Optics and Electronics Information, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China. He received his B.S. and Ph. D. degree in Material Science from HUST, in June 2006 and June 2013, respectively. He worked as postdoctoral researcher in Korea University (Jong-Heun Lee’s group) between March 2016 and June 2018. His research interests include room temperature gas sensors and photo-electrical properties of metal oxide semiconductors, as well as intelligent artificial olfactory. Till now, he has published ~50 SCI papers and 10 patents. He was invited to make several oral presentations at international conferences. He won the “Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing” Prize of Sensor and Actuator B: Chemical.
