Registration can be performed using the registration form (doc) (pdf).

The workshops and tutorials are included in the conference fee. The tutorials requires registration. The workshops are open for all conference participants.
The students not presenting papers are eligible for the student fee.
All other participants pay the full fee, including authors (also students) presenting a full paper, a short paper or a workshop paper.
Please note that: All authors presenting papers must register by March 30th to get their paper into the proceedings. Maximum of two extra pages are allowed, US$100 each.
NEW:
The "Workshops only" fee is targeted for those who are interested only in listening one workshop; this fee covers only May 11th, Friday 9:00-17:00.
Included:
Lunch and coffees on Friday, participation to the selected workshop.
Not included:
Conference proceedings, Get Together event on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday events.
Cancellation Policy and Terms
Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Wilfred Lin at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The fee for any amendments is $20.00/ registration. If there are any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be $20.00.
Cancellation policy:
Registration cancellations will be accepted until April 27th, 2012 with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of $50.00.
Exception:
- Registrations by authors cannot be cancelled after March 30th, as the registration fees cover the publishing costs.
- Participant names can be changed until April 27th, 2012
- On-Site registration can not be cancelled or changed
Force Majeure and health related issues:
Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person's health, the refund will be made in full, less an administration charge of $ 50.00. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Wilfred Lin at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification.
