Dr. Xiang Zhu is a Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) , China. He received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in naval architecture and ocean engineering from HUST in 2002 and 2007, respectively. From September 2015 to September 2016, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, the University of Michigan, USA. His research interests include the vibroacoustic analysis of ocean structures, the vibrational power flow theory and its application, the vibration and noise control. He has published about 100 papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings.He serves as the editorial board member for “Noise and Vibration Control”, “Ship Engineering” and “ China Ocean Platform” (China) and invited reviewer for many international journals.
