Wei Zhang is the Associate Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include digital health governance, government social media and global health. Dr. Zhang is particularly interested in digital transformation of healthcare institution, organiztional social media use for health purposes and their corresponding effects. He currently serves as Editorial Board for Frontiers in Public Health, Frontiers in Psychiatry, and Frontiers in Sociology. Dr. Zhang is the principal investigator for a number of  national and provincial grants.
