Chengliang Wang

Prof. Chengliang Wang received his B.S. degree from Nanjing University in 2005 and Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2010. He then worked at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of Muenster and Technical University of Ilmenau. He was selected in the National 1000-Talents Program for Young Scholars and joined HUST in 2016. His research topics include the synthesis of novel conjugated organic/polymeric materials for optoelectronics and batteries. He has published more than 100 SCI papers (including Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., Chem, Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem., J. Am. Chem. Soc. as the first or corresponding author) with citation more than 9000 times. He is served as Editorial Advisory Member of "Energy Reviews", Youth Editorial Advisory Member of “SmartMat”, “Chinese Chemical Letters”and "Battery Energy", and the guest editor of “Frontiers of Optoelectronics”. He was selected as Journal of Materials Chemistry A Emerging Investigators, highly cited authors by RSC, highly cited researchers by Elsevier, World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University etc.
