Born in 1989, Hunan. Awarded the Chutian Scholar of Hubei Province, Wuhan Youth Science and Technology Plan, and Young Scholar of Distinction of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (ten per year school-wide). Doctoral and Master's supervisors of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, School of Medicine and Health Management. Seconded to China National Center for Biotechnology Development, National medium and long-term planning special class, and Department of Management, National Natural Science Foundation of China. Presided over 6 projects including The Ministry of education of Humanities and Social Science project, the Development Research Center of the State Council, and Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, and presided over 3 National Key Research and Development Program, as well as a number of crosswise tasks. Published 31 SCI/SSCI papers as the first author/corresponding author (including 19 JCR Ⅰ), 9 Chinese core papers and 9 CSSCI papers, with H-index of 18, and a single SCI paper has been cited 73 times. Published one monograph in China Social Science Press, which has been recorded in the Excellent Humanities and Social Sciences Series of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Library of China Social Science Press, and co-edited one book and awarded with Chinese Medical Award Health Management Award. The course leader of the undergraduate courses of "Comprehensive Health Management" and "Data and Documentation Management Software Application", and participates in the teaching of the courses of "Social Research Methods", "Management Econometric Analysis", "Constitutional and Administrative Law" and "Health Law".
