杨鹏，湖北荆州人，2013年和2018年分别获18luck新利电竞 学士和博士学位。2015年9月至2017年9月受国家留学基金委资助赴加拿大滑铁卢大学电子与计算机工程系访问学习，并于2018年9月至2019年12月继续从事博士后研究。2020年加入18luck新利电竞 电信学院任副教授，硕士生导师。近五年来，主持、参与多项国家自然科学基金项目，并在IEEE顶级期刊和旗舰会议发表5G通信、边缘计算、多媒体传输等领域论文五十余篇，累计被引1000余次，长期担任IEEE TMC, IEEE IoT, IEEE ComMag, IEEE WCMag等顶级期刊和杂志审稿人。
