Ying Luo, male, received a doctorate in engineering from the School of Automation Science and Engineering of South China University of Technology and the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering of Utah State University in 2009. He has been engaged in the research of fractional order control theory and its application for a long time. He combines fractional order calculus theory with traditional precision mechanical system control, and explores new ideas and methods of fractional order Mechatronics modeling and intelligent control.
