电力系统规划优化科研组始建于上世纪80年代，由我国著名的电力系统规划专家侯煦光教授建立，团队成员包括周勤慧、熊信银、张永利、胡能正、吴耀武、娄素华等。华工电力系统规划优化团队历经三十多年，经过4代人的薪火相传，至今仍在电力规划优化方向上砥砺前行！
