Dr. Li Zhen is a professor-level senior engineer of School of Optical and Electronic information at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and in Wuhan National Research Center for Optoelectronics. His interests are in design、modeling、fabrication、operation methods and test techniques of non-volatile phase-change random access memory, in-memory computing and architecture, memristor and its applications, multi-dimensional optical storage. He ever cooperated in research of the National High-tech R&D Programs, international cooperation program of science and technology, Hubei key project of science and technology and so on. His research achievements have published on many international journals such as APL、OPTICS EXPRESS、J. Opt.、Optical Engineering、Int. J. Heat Mass Transfer、J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.、Solid-State Electronics etc.. He has 15 patents. he teaches measurement of electronic materials and devices for undergraduates and theory and technology of information thin film and VLSI testing for graduate students.
