Professor Liu’s research focuses on electronic cooling, theoretical and experimental investigations of Loop Heat Pipe (LHP) and Capillary Pumped Loop (CPL), convective heat transfer enhancement/optimization and its applications, Micro/Nano scale heat and mass transfer, and heat and mass transfer in PEM fuel cells, etc.
