Our research focuses on the role of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress response in cardiovascular diseases. Employing genetic animal models, her research aims to elucidate the molecular and cellular mechanism by which the unfolded protein response (UPR) pathways in ER stress, particularly the IRE1 branch, regulate the function of endothelial cells.
