Profile:

In 2010 and 2015, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry and a Ph.D. degree in Optical Engineering, respectively, from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. After his graduation in 2015, He joined the Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as a lecturer, and was promoted to associate professor in 2020. He was selected as a "Huazhong Scholar" at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2016. In 2021, he was also appointed as a faculty member at the School of Optical and Electronic Information. He was elected as a Senior Member of the Chinese Optical Society in 2021 an a senior Member of the Chinese Chemical Society in 2023.

He has been engaged in research on intelligent photo-functional materials from 2010. He have conducted pioneering researches in the design and synthesis of high-performance photoswitchable fluorescent molecules and their applications in optical information fields (such as super-resolution imaging, optical information storage), and have achieved multiple innovative outcomes.

Currently, He have published 47 papers as the first/corresponding author in internationally renowned journals such as Chemical Society Reviews, Nature Communications, JACS, and Angewandte (including 2 ESI Highly Cited Papers). He has also been granted more than 20 patents. His researches have attracted the broad attention of domestic and foreign scientist and medias and has been featured twice in the online weekly journal "Noteworthy Chemistry" of the American Chemical Society.
