徐志林,副研究员,博士生导师。2016年获得18luck新利电竞 光电信息工程专业工学博士学位,2016-2018年在新加坡南洋理工大学开展博士后研究,2018年加入18luck新利电竞 引力中心任副研究员。
主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目课题和“慧眼行动”创新成果转化项目等科研项目;在Optica、IEEE/OSA Journal of Lightwave Technology、Optics Letters、IEEE Sensors Journal等期刊上发表学术论文30余篇;在OFC、CLEO、CLEO-PR等国际学术会议上发表论文20余篇,曾获CLEO-PR会议最佳张贴海报奖;受邀在OGC2019、OIT2019、CIOP2023等会议上作特邀报告;相关研究成果已申请国家发明专利10项(目前已授权9项)。
参与18luck新利电竞 “交叉学科研究生高水平课程”建设项目、18luck新利电竞 研究生教改项目、18luck新利电竞 研究生在线课程建设项目等教学项目;曾获18luck新利电竞 教师教学竞赛二等奖、18luck新利电竞 教学成果奖三等奖。
目前主要从事光纤干涉精密测量技术及应用、星载光纤光学研究工作,包括:
(1)光纤干涉精密测量(位移、应变、振动、温度等物理量的精密测量)及其在航天器结构与环境监测中的应用研究;
(2)星载激光干涉仪中光纤及光纤器件引入的噪声,包括背向杂散光噪声、非互易噪声等;
(3)环境扰动、空间辐射等对光纤偏振态、损耗、散射、色散等特性的影响研究。
