Yishu Xu, Ph.D. in Thermal Engineering, graduated from School Of Energy and Power Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2017. Focusing on the environmental issues in energy utilization, such as Fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and soot formation during coal/oil/gas combustion, advanced engine of clean and efficient combustion, and emerging alternative energy and fuels.

Research has been supported the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents and the Project funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Over 20 papers have been published after peer review, including one being selected as Journal cover of Energy & Fuels.

We are willing to provide opportunities for the undergraduates to take part in our research works. And the undergraduates majoring in Energy and power engineering, chemical and environmental engineering and other related majors are especially welcome.
