Dr. Xiang Wu is an Associate Professor at the School of Medicine and Health Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He investigates the role of information technology in healthcare areas by using micro-econometric methods. His research interests focus on IT-driven health management behavior, aging and mental health, health communication in social networks, discrete choice models, and health policy evaluation.
Dr. Xiang Wu has published papers in leading journals such as the European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Agricultural Economics, and Social Science & Medicine. His research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He also serves as a reviewer for leading journals such as Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, and Value in Health.
