方海洋，18luck新利电竞 副研究员（副教授），2018年博士后创新人才支持计划入选者。2013年毕业于18luck新利电竞 机械科学与工程学院，获机械设计制造及其自动化学士学位；2018年毕业于18luck新利电竞 电气与电子工程学院，获电气工程博士学位，同年留校从事博士后研究工作。2020年11月正式入职18luck新利电竞 电机及控制工程系，并加入创新电机技术研究中心团队。主要研究方向包括：低振动噪声永磁电机设计、新型电机振动噪声理论研究、航空高功率密度电机系统、电机新材料/新结构应用技术等。已发表SCI/EI论文30余篇，申请发明专利10余项，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、重点实验室基金项目等多项研究课题。主要合作领域包括电动汽车、伺服驱动、航空航...
