From August 24th to 25th, China’s Youth Innovation Entrepreneurship Camp of 2023 and the 10th "Create the Youth" China Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (science and technology innovation special) was held in Wuhan. HUSTers performed well in the competition，winning two gold awards, three silver, and two bronze, which achieved the best record in history.

"Create the Youth" China Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is a demonstrative competition for young entrepreneurs, jointly sponsored by the Communist Youth League of China with relevant ministries and commissions, and the provincial government. Since its inception in 2014, it has attracted more than 500,000 entrepreneurial projects and 2.15 million young entrepreneurs, driving more than 5 million college students across the country to start their businesses. In industries with innovation and creativity as the key competitiveness, young people account for more than 50%, and a large number of promising enterprises led by young people are booming.

The special competition of science and technology innovation sets up three groups: innovation group, start-up group, and growth group. Each group has four competing categories: the new generation of information technology industry, life and health industry, future industry, intelligent manufacturing and other industries. Since the start of the registration in June, it has attracted about 5,000 teams across the country. After fierce competition, 20 projects won gold awards, 40 won silver awards, and 58 won bronze awards.
