Hubei Province Engineering Research Center of Electronic Manufacturing Equipment, under the joint leadership of Hubei Province Science and Technology Department and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, is a research institution relied on State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing and Equipment Technology, and devotes itself to build integrated industry, academic and research innovative platform. Aimed at meeting the demands of flexible electronics, energy electronics, microelectronics and other electronics manufacturing technology on sophisticated manufacturing equipment, its research fields includes high speed vision, precision operation, high speed and precision motion control, high-performance RFID tag design and other critical technology. It developed many electronic manufacturing equipment, including RFID tags manufacturing equipment, flexible electronic printing equipment, fuel cells assembly equipment, solar cells automatic printing production line, IC packaging and testing equipment. This provided innovation and technical support for China electronics manufacturing equipment industry.
