Huang Li, born in 1963 in Shan’xi Province, pursued his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree at the Department of Electronic Information and Communications of HUST.

Huang Li is the Chairman of Wuhan Guide Infrared and the main developer of the technologies possessed by the corporation, which is a leading high-tech corporation developing infrared thermal imaging systems worldwide. He is in the 2019 Forbes China’s Richest People List and Hurun Global Rich List of 2020.
