Dr. Zhou Yingbiao, male, born in March 1970, has a doctor’s degree, has been engaged in the research of database management system, multimedia processing technology, cloud computing and big data technology, password technology, etc since 1994. He participates in the research of the modern database theory and technology team, and he is a member of Hubei Database Engineering Technology Research Center.

From 2002 to 2003, he presided over the project "Research, Development and Application of General Database Management System DM4" of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department, and developed a large-scale general database management system.

From 2003 to 2006, he presided over the research on the Enterprise Database Acceleration Engine of the Electronic Development Fund of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The project was allocated 2 million yuan to study heterogeneous database clusters and data partitioning technology. The third-party test proved that the acceleration engine can effectively improve the efficiency of online transaction processing applications of heterogeneous database clusters in the big data environment.

From 2005 to 2007, he presided over the information security special project Development and Industrialization of Security Data Intelligent Integration Platform of Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, studied the security integration technology of multiple heterogeneous data, and the data exchange platform developed based on the results of the project has been widely used in the construction of data centers in multiple fields.

From 2009 to 2010, he presided over the research work of the project "Research on Integrated System Technology for Geological Disaster Prevention and Control in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area", with a fund of 1.2 million yuan. It is a national special scientific research project for geological disaster prevention and control, which is approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and funded by the Ministry of Finance. The project formulates corresponding standards and specifications from the aspects of technology integration, network integration, data integration, application integration, document integration, etc., and assists the construction units of each sub-project to complete the construction tasks according to the requirements of standardization.

From 2013 to 2014, he participated in the base construction project of Hubei Database Engineering Technology Research Center of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department. While promoting the construction of the base and serving the society, it has accumulated the needs of many industries for the distributed database management system in the big data environment, laying a foundation for the current product research, development, positioning, promotion and application.

From 2011 to 2012, as a lead author, he participated in the formulation of the military standard General Requirements for Unstructured Data Management.

In 2001, he won the first prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award as the second finisher of the project.
