Huaibin yu completed his master degree work at Zhengzhou University, studying synthesis, chemical nuclease activity, and in vitro cytotoxicity of transition metal complexes. In Wu’s group, he is devoting himself in developing a novel approach of site-specific modification of proteins for both in vitro and live cell conditions and protein assembling based on DNA origami. In his limited spare time he enjoys  reading, jogging and playing badminton and table tennis
